Communication is Key!

• If I can't make it? Can I have a refund?

  • ​Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for registrations. We are happy to transfer any registration upon request. Please email info@waterwalkingwomen.org to request a registration transfer by July 1, 2024.

• Will I receive a ticket?
  • ​Yes, after you complete your registration, there will be a pop up - be sure to download your confirmation. You can print it and bring it with you or simply have it on your phone and we will scan it when you register.
• Is childcare available?
  • ​In an effort to help you and others fully participate in the conference, we ask that you make arrangements to leave your children home for these three focused days. We’ll be able to provide limited accommodations for nursing mothers who aren’t able to make other arrangements.
• Video Taping & Photo Policy
  • ​During this event, Water Walking Women (WWW) will be videotaping, audio taping, and photographing. Most likely, you will be filmed, recorded or photographed as part of the audience or individually. By your attendance, you are granting your permission to be videotaped, audio taped, or photographed for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being recorded, filmed, videotaped, or photographed by any means; commercial or any other use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waving all rights of privacy during the videotaping, filming, recording or photographing and release WWW from liability for loss, damage, or compensation from the commercial or other use of your likeness, image, voice or word; compliance with all rules and regulations of WWW for this event.
• Is there reserved seating at the conference?
  • ​Absolutely not; we are all VIPs at Water Walking Women! However, be sure to get there soon to ensure you get a great seat.
• What should I wear?
  • ​Palm Springs is known for its HEAT, so please dress comfortably! We strongly recommend bringing a sweater because the meetings rooms may be cool.
• Will the event be recorded?
  • ​Yes, CDs and/or DVDs will be available for purchase. Please refrain from using CDs, DVDs or MP3 players and cell phones during sessions.
• What should I bring?
  • ​1. Your faith 2. Your friends 3. Bible and Pen!
• Can I apply for a vendor booth?
  • ​Of course, please visit our "Vendors" page for more details.
• Do you need volunteers?
  • ​Yes we do! Please contact our Hospitality Director, Regina Robinson at regina@waterwalkingwomen.org.
• Are men allowed to attend?
  • ​The content of this conference is specially designed and geared toward women. We reserve the morning and afternoon session for women only but encourage men to come to our evening services on Thursday and Friday.
