Vendor Table
You’ll receive a 10’ x 10’ booth space that will include an eight-foot table, two chairs, and a trash can.
Your name will be listed on the exhibitor map in the digital magazine.

Digital Ad
$100, showcase your digital ad on our website, and we’ll link it to a site of your choice, driving more visibility and engagement.
Prefer a simpler option? For $50, we’ll proudly display your ad on our site, ensuring your message reaches a wider audience.
Media Ad
Media Ad Sponsorship: $100
By sponsoring a Media Ad, your message will be featured before each general announcement loop throughout our event.

Door Prizes
Door Prize/Raffles: $0
Your company name will be mentioned at the giveaway. Door prizes must be to Takiesha Strong no later than Monday, July 6, 2026

Additional Information:

Electric/Internet: There will be an extra charge for using electricity and the Internet at your booth. Details on costs will be provided as soon as available.

Materials: You're welcome to bring necessary display materials for your booth. If you need to ship materials in advance, please contact us.

Tote Bag Item: If you wish to include an item in attendee tote bags, please contact our Partnership Director, Takiesha Strong, at info@waterwalkingwomen.org to submit a sample for approval. Approved items must be received by June 15, 2026.
Application Process:
Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your application, we’ll review it based on availability and relevance to the conference objectives.
