A Table That Overflows

Key Truth: Gratitude recognizes the Source and releases generosity. God fills our cup, then invites us to pour.
Scripture Anchors:
Psalm 23:5
Psalm 107:1–2
Luke 17:11–19
2 Corinthians 9:8–11
Consider This: Jesus noticed the one leper who returned to give thanks. Gratitude does not forget. Gratitude returns. When God prepares a table for us, He is not only feeding us, He is forming us. Thankful hearts become open hands. As our homes fill with loved ones and plates are passed, let your thanksgiving turn into a testimony of God's goodness towards you.
Reflection Questions:
Where has God filled your cup this year
Who needs a seat at your table, a plate at your door, or a text that says I am grateful for you
What is one generous act you can do this week as worship to God
Application: Plan one generosity move before Thursday. Prepare an extra plate, give a grocery gift card or sow into a sister in need. If you are able, sow into a scholarship or benevolence need in our community.
Prayer: Giver of every good gift, thank You for salvation, daily bread, and an overflowing cup. Make me a faithful steward who gives thanks and gives freely. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Closing Declaration: My table overflows because my Shepherd provides. I choose gratitude that becomes generosity. I am covered.
Share one testimony of God’s goodness this week and invite a sister to your table, our prayer call or simply give her a call and thank her for who she is in your life.
