Pursue Wisdom for Your Next Step

Key Truth: God's wisdom often provides direction one step at a time. We do not need the entire blueprint when we trust the One who designed the plan.

Consider This: Many of us want God to reveal the next five years, while He is asking us to trust Him with the next five steps. Wisdom grows when obedience follows instruction.

Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is take the next step God has already shown you.

Reflection Questions:

• Am I waiting for complete clarity before obeying God?

• What step has God already revealed that I have delayed taking?

• What fears are preventing me from moving forward?

Application: 

Write down one area where you need direction. Pray specifically over it each day this week and take one practical step of obedience toward what God is showing you.

Prayer: Father, I surrender my plans, timelines and expectations to You. Where I have leaned on my own understanding, teach me to trust You completely. Give me wisdom for my next step in my relationships, finances, family responsibilities, career, ministry and purpose. Remove fear, confusion and hesitation. Strengthen my faith to obey what You reveal and trust You with what You have not yet shown. In Jesus' name, Amen.
